Ask Questions

“He who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever.”— Chinese Proverb

Asking the right questions can lead us to greater enlightenment, peace, and understanding surrounding any given subject. Gained clarity puts us in a position to make more informed decisions regarding our lives. When we take the time needed upfront to do the work in analyzing how meaningful a thing or person’s presence is in our lives, we either make headway or we avoid what I like to call, The dreaded drag-out effect. This is when we allow a given situation to continue on longer than necessary.

Forming the right questions around an area of curiosity, means being brave enough to be able to handle the answer, no matter what it looks like. When we focus on a given topic and respectfully begin to unpack it according to our lack of understanding, we experience healthy breakthroughs.

Be encouraged to not make assumptions around your curiosities, but rather to find comfort in the temporary discomfort needed to take the action toward maintaining your peace of mind.
