Close In On Your Target

“If you’re behind, focus on one point at a time. Don’t focus on the score. Don’t focus on anything else, just focus on that one sole point”. — Serena Williams

Keep your head in the game. As with any project, the closer you lean in to achieving a goal, the more likely you are to discovering room for process improvements along the way. When we take our eyes off of the prize, we run the risk of missed opportunities for interception during the most critical stages. Maintaining control over a situation means doing so with laser focus. Any task you hope to master, holds no room for divided attention.

Prepare to dominate the challenges that lie ahead of you, both mentally and strategically, each day. You do this by using positive self talk, expressing advanced gratitude, and creating a plan of execution.

I challenge you to Lean in. Make adjustments. Refocus. Take Breaths. Exhale.
