My personal definition of “Winning Energy”, is a feeling that is outwardly expressed through a person’s desire to shine out loud. It is a vibrancy that is nurtured, day-by-day until a uniquely developed patterned is formed, geared for success.
Everyday you have a choice to show up boldly, set your own tone, and to be a light in a world that is sometimes filled with darkness. The energy that you project is usually what you will get back. Having a winning energy means intentionally moving at a pace that commands attention.

Many of us operate from a space of repetitious behavior that doesn’t include a plan for changed energy. When we create space for regular energy recalibration within our lives, we control the trajectory of our path forward.
Dismissing our energy occurs when we start to believe that no one notices, or that it is unimportant. If for no one but our selves, we deserve to feel, and be at our best, more times than not.
Here are a few strategies to encourage you to Exercise Winning Energy throughout your day/week/month.
Practice Positive Affirmations. When positive affirmations are exercised regularly, they begin to take charge of your thoughts, slowly changing your energy, pattern of thinking and ultimately improving your life.
Develop Positive Daily Habits. When we take time to invest in building healthy habits that are right for our lives, we decide what things are most important for our overall wellbeing. We gradually grow into better people, and become more useful to those who matter most in our lives.
Activate Positive Anticipation. Did you know that Positive anticipation is good for you? The neural mechanisms in our brain are processed by anticipation for future desired events, and contribute to our well-being. Creating events, no matter how small, help to give us something to look forward to, and improve our energy as we look to the future.
